At around 9:00 pm on May 19, 2015 (Friday, the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival), we suddenly received a call from a customer, informing us that the arrival date of the ocean container was repeatedly delayed, which would cause the Slovak customer's production line to be out of stock and disconnected. We needed to urgently send a batch of goods by air, but the replenishment could not be produced until June 22 (Monday), and the latest arrival date was required to be June 26 (Friday). Once the production line of the Slovak factory was disconnected, the customer would face huge fines every day and would lose Slovakia, a major customer. The situation was extremely urgent. We asked Huifeng International to help them solve this problem no matter what!

    But when we received the call from the customer, it was almost time for the foreign workers to get off work on Friday, and domestic airlines were closed due to the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, so the time left for us was very tight. Huifeng International adheres to the concept of being anxious about the customer's needs and thinking about what the customer wants, and immediately summoned capable personnel to study and deploy urgently. From a geographical point of view, we have four routes to choose from. With the wisdom of Huifeng people, we finally chose the most reliable solution. We picked up the goods at the Changsha factory at 1 pm on June 22, and delivered the first batch of goods to the consignee in Slovakia on June 24, 2 days ahead of schedule! The urgent needs of the customer were solved, and the customer company, from the boss to the executor, were all very satisfied with the transportation results and thanked us very much! Since then, during the more than two years that this project lasted, Huifeng International has always delivered on time or even ahead of schedule, and lived up to its mission!
